How to submit a safety inspection checklist
- Log into the Turo app
- Go to Safety inspections tab and tap “Add inspection”
- Fill in a short form, upload a PDF or photo of the completed checklist, and tap “Submit”

The inspection form itself takes about 5-10 minutes to fill out.
You’ll need to upload photos according to the requested format (refer to list below in FAQ, or follow the guideline during filling out the form).
After the payment is approved, the processing of filled information takes about 15 minutes. As soon as our mechanic is done with the review of the submitted information, you will receive the inspection results by email.
In order to complete the inspection form, you’ll need:
Interior pictures:
- Driver’s side
- Passengers side
- Rear seats
- Dashboard with mileage
Exterior pictures:
- Front with headlights turned on
- Rear with taillights on
- Front left tire
- Rear left tire
- Front right tire
- Rear right tire
Please check your spam folder in case you haven’t received the inspection result after the 15 minutes following the submission. If there’s no email, please contact us, and we’ll resolve the issue. A 100% result is guaranteed.
